You just need to copy the lib folder from your old computer to the new machine. The post below explains where to put the folder.

Did you take the entire lib folder from XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PCB123 and place it in win 7 C:\ProgramData\PCB123? Make sure you did not put the folder in program files. You must place the files in ProgramData. This is a hidden folder and you need to make sure you can see hidden files and folders.
