Ideally, if the description gives us instructions we can follow to reproduce the issue. That helps us a lot, too. A screen shot of whats happening if appropriate to the situation. The 123 design file they were using along with library files and netlist files if appropriate. The complete version number for the software you are using. This takes the form of a x.x.x number. The version of Windows you are using.
