No it's not just you. We have had several people call and email that there seems to be a lag. It has to do with the full screen scroll. We are coming out with a patch for that in the newest version, 5.1.1.1. This should be coming out within the next week. I can help you go back to the previous version but hopefully you can wait just a few more days.
