You can find an RJ45 footprint by going to Design > Edit Footprint from the layout. Locate the footprint, load it in the editor and make sure it matches the part you intend to use. Once this is done you can pair the footprint with a symbol. You may want to create your own symbol or use one of the provided symbols.
