I am not experiencing this issue and no one else has reported it. You may want to download the installer again and run the repair option. Let me know if it helps.

Seems to happen every time Symbol Editor is invoked. Will provide what you asked shortly.

Symbol Editor monopolizes XP

    by ideaman4u » Mon May 14, 2012 9:30 am

I was trying to browse Digikey while designing a part in .14 and my computer seemed to slow to a crawl. I activated the Task Manager and found that the Symbol Editor was using between 98 and 99% of the cpu time! Why is this happening? Do I have a setting wrong somewhere?

Is this something that is happening consistantly or a one time event? Try shutting down PCB123 and give it another try. If you continue to experience this issue please email support support@sunstone.com and provide a description of the issue and your board file.
