Excel database of library parts

    by sunstoneuser » Fri Oct 24, 2014 8:15 pm

hello,
I was wondering if you had an excel database alias of the library parts. FOr example, an NE555 would be a 555 timer, SO14, etc. Figuring out which component does what function is difficult and time consuming, albeit doable.
An excel compilation of all the parts would expedite selecting parts.
Please advise.
Thanks.

We do not have an excel spreadsheet of all the parts in our library. There are almost a million parts there and that spreadsheet would be too large, and almost as difficult to look through. Also we are constanly adding new parts to our library so the excel spreadsheet would need to be updated every so often as well.
