You don't need to use overlapping holes. Version 5.0.3.1 now allows you to create slots. Just add a pin and you can adjust its properties to make it a plated slot.

You can have up to 4 slots in a PCB123 order. If you go over 4 you can order the board by going to www.sunstone.com and placing your order through the Full Feature service.
