You will need to edit the symbol.

Select Tools > Symbol Editor.

Maximize the symbol editor to see all of the tool bar options then select the Image Open Symbol toolbar button to load the symbol you want to edit.Hold down Ctrl and left click on a pin to select a pin and edit its properties. You will now see the Pin Attributes under the Symbol Panel. If you want to make the Pin Name invisible just click on the eye to the right of the pin name. You can select multiple pins and edit them all at once. Once you have edited the symbol save it with a new name and place it in one of your custom libraries. Now you will need to go to close the Symbol Editor then select Tools Manage Parts. You can now pair the new symbol with your exising taxonomy entry or create a new part using the new symbol. If you have already placed the symbol on your scheamtic you will need to remove the existing part and replace it with the new part.
