Can V4 coexist with V2 on same computer

I am wondering if my current problem revolves around the fact that I have V2 installed on the same computer as V4. I read Sal's thread regarding loss of the Title block where he mentions corrections to pcb123.ini. I do not find this file on my computer except in the V2 installation. I am using MS XP SP3, just for reference.

V2 and V4 can exist on the same machine without issues.

The ini file for v4 is located in one of the following locations.

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PCB123

Win 7: C:\ProgramData\PCB123
