Please provide the following information.
- Describe what you are doing when the crash occurs.
- Provide instructions to reproduce the crash.
- A screenshot of any errors or display issue that you are experiencing.
- A copy of your PCB123 file for review.
- A copy of your latest crash file and any journal logs to go with it. This information can be found in one of the following locations.
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PCB123\BackupFiles
Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\PCB123\BackupFiles
