Snap to cursor works backwards

Gentlemen,

The "Find object and snap it to cursor" function on the PCB layout screen seems to work backwards. When I enter the reference designator for a part I want to place, PCB123 snaps my cursor to the part's current location instead of bringing the part to my cursor. In addition, the program changes the zoom setting so the part appears large on the screen. As a result, I constantly have to reset the zoom and find my previous location when I use this function. I would find this feature much more useful if it did not change my current view or the cursor position, but just brought the part to my current cursor location.
