I found a footprint for a stereo phono jack but no symbol. Could it exist under another name? Or is there a way to import a symbol from some other source?

Sal, that Digikey link is not helpful as it does not include any search parameters. What did you search for?

Many of the parts in the standard.slb library are not paired with a schematic symbol nor are there symbolscreated for many of these parts. The parts in the standard.slb library are generic parts and you should make sure that, if you plan to select one of these parts for your layout, you can find a part that matches the footprint. You cannot import symbols from outside sources so you will need to create one using the Symbol Editor. The data sheet for the part you select should provide the pin outs and a sample of the schematic symbol for the part. After you select the part you plan to use you can use the footprint we provide as a starting point. Modify the footprint to match the part you intend to use.

I did some research and I couldn't find a part that matched exactly but many that are similar. I was only searching using digikey but here is a link to what I found. Hope this helps.
