We do not support running PCB123 on Linux but there are many threads (on other forums)that discuss installing an msi on Linux.

Here is one that I found.

Is it possible to install PCB123 on Linux, using "Wine" emulator? I tried the file.msi type is not understood, Wine is looking for a .exe file to install. Any hope for sorting this out? thanks, Bill

followup: 7-Zip.exe will unpack the .msi file, but i have no clue what to do with all the files. None of them look like an installable .exe file. bbill

I was able to get PCB123 to work with Wine.
I am using Linux Mint 17, Wine 1.6.2, and PCB123 V 5.1.2.

Wine ran the installer fine (the .msi file), but then the main .exe would not run. I opened the “Uninstall Wine Software” program, clicked on PCB123, and then the “Modify” box on the bottom. This opened up the PCB123 uninstaller program and there is an option to repair the program. Select Repair program. This will run, and it will create a new EXE with a wine glass. The new wine glass exe works.
