Pick-and-place (centroid) and solder paste data?

I want to use an automated assembly service such as Sunstone's suggested partner Screaming Circuits. How can I generate the pick & place data in PCB123?

Also, I am used to seeing layers for solder paste, but I don't see this. How can I control this? I don't want my test points (untented/unsoldermasked pins) to have solder on them...

You can email support@sunstone.com after placing your order to request the assembly files for your order. We can provide paste, centroid, and assembly layers at no charge. If you require the full set of gerbers with a board order there is a $50 charge. If you only want the full set of gerbers without ordering boards there is a $100 charge.

PCB123 automatically creates the solder paste layer using the surface mount pads on your layout. At this stage you cannot add or remove paste layer information manually in PCB123. This is a capability we are considering for a future release. Please contact customer support if you have any questions.
