Thanks for submitting feedback. Gathering specific information about the problems you are having will help our development team improve the PCB123 software. Please provide the additional information below.

If you need immediate assistance send the issue report to support@sunstone.com. A description of the functional problem. So we know what were looking for. Ideally, if the description gives us instructions we can follow to reproduce the issue. That helps us a lot, too. A screen shot of whats happening if appropriate to the situation. The 123 design file they were using along with library files and netlist files if appropriate. The complete version number for the software you are using. This takes the form of a x.x.x number. The version of Windows you are using.
