Characteristic Impedance Calculation

I'm using the following calculator to compute the characteristic impedance of a trace:

The question I have is what is the dielectric thickness on a four layer board if the total thickness of the board is 0.062"? If the trace is on the top or bottom layer, would it be the 0.0141" shown in Sunstone's layer stackup section? It seams like every example I find utilizes a two layer board with a thickness of ~0.062".
