How to order Gerbers files from your PCB123 design

If you order pcbs from us with a PCB123 design you can have the gerbers from the manufactured design at no charge. Simply email, call, or live chat with our customer service department to request the files. You can also request gerbers for minor modifications of a design that we have manufactured. These files are also available at no charge.

Customers who only want gerber files without ordering boards for a design we have not manufactured are charged $100 for gerbers.


Our PCB123 software is completely free to download and to use, but it does not have the capability to produce gerber artwork files. When you place an order through our software, we extract the gerber artwork from your design file and then tool and build the bare PCBs in our shop here in Mulino, Oregon.

You can order Gerber files from your PCB123 design files at anytime. If we have not manufactured the design, the charge for gerber files is $100.

To order only gerber files from a design that has not been manufactured by Sunstone:
Open your design with PCB123 and place an order for the minimum quantity. Once the order is in place send an email to support@sunstone.com stating that you only want gerber files, no boards. Once the new order is in place we will adjust the billing so you are only charged for the board files. The board files will be emailed to you along with an updated copy of your receipt.
