Sunstone has added SMT Stencils to our suite of PCB solutions. Customers can now add stencils when placing an order through our Quickturn, Full Feature and CAD Tool PCB123 product lines. Utilizing a stencil eliminates the tedious process of hand soldering your SMT components to your PCB, saving time and money. Our stencils are manufactured using a patented 100% laser cut process that insures the finest quality finish with accurate, smooth cuts that facilitate optimal application of solder paste. All sharp plate edges are removed and we implement performance-enhancing stencil design modifications that are tailored specifically for each customer.
