A request to cancel any order must be done by calling one of our Customer Service Reps. You are not able to cancel your order online. Many times there will be a cancellation fee if you need to cancel.
Once your order is placed and completed, it goes into a manufacturing queue to be processed. Only if your order is in this queue, are we able to cancel the order without any cost to you. You should be aware however, that there is no set time for your order to be in this status. It could be 5 minutes or 5 hours for the manufacturing process to begin.
If your order already began the manufacturing process and you want to cancel the cancellation fee ranges from 50% - 100% of your order depending on how far into the manufacturing process it has gone.
It is very important to make sure that you have submitted the correct files without errors prior to placing your order. Even if the cut-off time for your order is almost 24 hours away, there is no guarantee that your order hasn’t been taken from the queue and began the manufacturing process.
A link for a good post to read prior to submitting your order is below. There are many things to check to make sure your order is ready for manufacturing to prevent time loss and extra expenses for your project.
