NEW DFM ADD-ONS for EAGLE and VALUEPROTO!

DFM Add-Ons for EAGLE are an EAGLE-format set of Design For Manufacturing (DFM) Rules files, written in accordance with Sunstones manufacturing criteria for 2 layer ValueProto designs. These DFM Rules files are made available to you at no cost. EAGLE users can run the design check specific to Sunstone's Quickturn and ValueProto services, while working in your CAD program. Because the DFM Add-Ons for EAGLE give you direct feedback on any design rule violations, you can easily make any needed design changes while in the design stage, thereby minimizing costly revisions.

Sunstone has just released an update of the DFM Add-Ons for EAGLE, specific to the ValueProto service. These EAGLE format .RUL Files complement the standard .RULs for Sunstone's Quickturn service. The EAGLE .RUL files can easily be imported into CadSofts EAGLE tool, to setup the design rules for you. For instructions on how to import the .RUL file(s), please refer to your EAGLE user documentation, or leave a comment on the Sunstone Forum and we will do our best to assist you.

As an added bonus we've also included the "2LValueProto-Sunstone" cam job. The cam job is preselected with the object layer selections needed to generate the extended gerber files for your Value Proto pcb. Please note: the silk preselected layers are 21 & 25 and the outline preselected layer is 20. Just drop a copy of the cam job here 'C:\Program Files\EAGLE-5.0+\cam' and you're ready to go (or 6.0+).
