We are aware a new bug was introduced with the 4.1.20 when a user goes into add part and in and out of the properties of a part the software will freeze and crash.
This has been reported to our developers and we hope for an update soon. We thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with the software. To help we need as much detail as you can provide to reproduce the issue.

Please provide the following information.

1. Describe what you are doing when the crash occurs.
2. Provide instructions to reproduce the crash.
3. A screenshot of any errors or display issue that you are experiencing.
4. A copy of your PCB123 file for review.
5. A copy of your latest crash file and any journal logs to go with it. This information can be found in one of the following locations.
   
   XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\PCB123\BackupFiles
   
   Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\PCB123\BackupFiles

Thanks for providing the files. I have created a ticket for development. Any information you can provide to reproduce the issue will help.

Where do save files live? I have one that gets this crash within 30seconds-5minutes of loading. I dont know if its a problem with my system, or just some random combination of variables in game.
