Panelized 4 layer ( Internal plane or layer ??? )

Hi,

I have a strong doubt regarding with internal planes, this is what is happening: I have a panelized of two different PCB with 4 layer each one. The PCB A has 2 internal layers defined as a plane, the PCB B has 2 internal layers: the first one is defined as a plane and the other one is a layer ( which allows me to trace routes on it).

When I generated the gerber files panel, the GP2 looks like this: ( you can take a look to the attached file) download/file.php?id=183

The PCB B has the GP2 layer and the PCB A has the GP2 plane. So, Is it going to be a problem for me?

What do you recommend me ? , Shouldn't I mix plane with layer at the same time in the Panelized?

You can't panelize layers like this. If an internal layer is a plane all boards in the panel must match. You can mix positive polarity layer and negative polarity layers like you have.
