Usable metal area on stencils

*Please note that the dimensions listed below are maximum metal areas. It is up to the customer to determine if they have enough squeegee room.

Prototype Stencils- custom made. Stencil is enlarged 1” around all sides of the board to allow for squeegee room. Do not recommend prototype stencils larger than 15” x 14”.

Hand Stencils- custom made. Stencil is enlarged 0.100” around all sides of the component. This is dependent on the proximity of other components.

Frameless Stencils:
QTS 20x20: 19.5” x 19.5”
SMT 20x20: 17.5” x 18.5”
Pro 2 20x20: 16.5” x 17.0”

Framed Stencils:
Cast 8x10: 5”x7”
Cast 12x12: 9”x9”
Cast 12x17: 9”x14”
Cast 15x15: 12”x12”
Cast or Extruded 20x20: 17”x17”
Low Profile or Extruded 29x29: 22”x22”
