Could I supply you FR4 board to use for my jobs?

I asked our manufacturing manager if your request was possible and received the following questions.

Does he want us to use the exact piece of material that we would send him initially for measurement (we send him a 14x16 .062, he does his analyzing, sends the piece back, we build his design on that piece? We can do that, but we would need to charge a bit more. Could you clarify what he needs?
