As Sal pointed out in the above post you'll need to go directly to the layout and select Insert > Add Footprint and search for the DB parts you're looking for. If you still cannot find them then you'll need to create the footprints by hand. You can find out that process through other forum posts and...

Hello,

At this time I do not believe it is possible in the current version of PCB123. I will investigate this further and let you know if I find out differently. I will certainly let the programmers know of this and see if we can get it in a future update of the program.

At this time there is not a way to do that. It has been requested before by another user and I think it's on the list of future requests. I will pass it along to our programmers and see if I can get it moved up the list.

If you take a look through the manual, you'll find out that the little star "*" next to a part means that it has been edited. You can get rid of that star if you revert back to the original part.
