You will need to go Full Feature for this type of board. The five cut outs eliminates it from our Quickturn service. But after that you can have up to 50 slots/cut outs in Full Feature. I think that would be your best bet for manufacturing the boards.

No it's not just you. We have had several people call and email that there seems to be a lag. It has to do with the full screen scroll. We are coming out with a patch for that in the newest version, 5.1.1.1. This should be coming out within the next week. I can help you go back to the previous versi...

We do not have an excel spreadsheet of all the parts in our library. There are almost a million parts there and that spreadsheet would be too large, and almost as difficult to look through. Also we are constanly adding new parts to our library so the excel spreadsheet would need to be updated every ...

After looking thorugh your files what I suggest you do is change the autorouting grid to 20mils. That will help it to avoid some of the other components. It won't be perfect. The autorouter is not the most precise tool, and while it's a good start it shouldn't be relied upon to give the best routes....

PCB123 (Printed Circuit Board CAD Software) does not allow you to import images into the layout view. Images on the silkscreen can be drawn using the available drawing tools. If you have the logo as a gerber you can try using the gerber import option found under the File > Import menu.
