Printing the layout

The PCB I design will be manufactured and used in a different country. I dont even have the parts I have to work with, so I would like to print the PCB layout into a PDF and send them to print and quickly check if all the footprints are correct for the parts.

How can I do that? If I use cutePDF or Nitro to print the layout into a PDF it tried to print the whole sheet while I need the board itself.

thanks.

Select File > Print Artwork to print the top and bottom layers independently. You can add the silkscreen with the top copper layers to make parts easier to identify.

After 2 years I am in the same situation again. Not sure what do I do wrong, but if I print the artwork as described above the panel size doesnt match with the design.

The panel size also changes based on the paper size I select: its getting closer to the real design if I print it in A4 then if I print it in Letter size.

The size to fit option is off. I use cutePDF to print to pdf first and then I send it to a printer.

Is there a bug / known issue with printing?

thanks,
Istvan

OK, nevermind. It was a printing issue, nothing wrong with the PCB123 printing function.
