Changing title block

I cannot find the board configuration panel shown on page 99 of PDF for PCB123 schematic manual to edit title block.
I also cannot find the "Edit Panel" showing display, project and DRC tabs mentioned on page 24 of PDF.

To enable your edit panel so you can view these options -make sure you have a new board file started so the main schematic tab at the bottom of the sceen will be available. Once this is done, click on the main schematic tab to open the schematic page. Then go to View > Toolbars > Edit Panel make sure that is checked see photo attached:

To match the image you see on page 99 of our manual which is showing The board configuration on the edit panel you just enabled. You would need to select the project tab at the bottom of the Edit panel as shown below:

Once you create the edge connector fingers for both sides of the board place both on your design. Move the fingers for the top layer into position. Next right click on the footprint for the bottom side fingers and select Opposite Side. This will mirror the footprint and place the pads on the bottom layer of the board. You can then move the pads into position.
