PCB123 does not have tools for panelizing boards. If you want to order a panel of a single pcb you can go directly to the Sunstone Printed Circuit Website with your completed layout and order through our PCBpro service. There you can fill out the online quote form. To get the boards panelized you can select on of the routing options (not the individual option). If you have specific panel requirements you can include notes on the mechanical layer of you PCB123 design. Since you boards are smaller that 1.5" x 1.5" (this is the minimum size for vscore) you can select either tab or tab w/perfs. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

You can copy and paste the layout and make a panel that you will cut apart later. The distance between boards really depends on the accuracy of the tools you are using to separate the boards. Copy and paste is pretty straight forward. Select the entire pcb layout then use Ctrl C to copy and Ctrl V to paste. If you run into trouble you may need to deselect the board outline from the selected objects. There are two issues you will encounter using copy and paste. 1) Each time you copy and paste your layout all of the reference designators on the copy will be incremented. 2) Each time you copy and paste the layout the resulting schematic copy will be added to the sync page and the schematic formatting will be lost.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
