How do I fill in a through-hole to plane connection

I have a through-hole connected to a plane but the layout tool connects with thin leads in a "plus" pattern (see detailed close-up of "AGND" below). This connection is for thermal dissipation - I would like it to be solid - How would I do that? With an overlay? I'd prefer something automated but if ...

It's OK - I get what I need to review when I don't print the sheet outline. But when I do there is a huge bounding box around the sheet.

Trying to print with scale=1.0 I always get the image split over four pages, regardless of the size of paper I use (both letter and tabloid). Please advise.

one 'pin' on symbol, two pads on footprint?

Hello, I have a few parts, like fuse clips and blader terminals, which have two physical pins but are electrically connected. Should I make separate pins on the schematic symbol? Or is there some way to make two "pads" logically connected in the footprint? Thanks, SysTom
