I have received a reply back from Allegro Microsystems' technical support and the measurements are as follows: R1 is 0.039", R2 is 0.079", and R3 is 0.118". So now, how would I go about making this footprint?

I do not know the values for those and I am currently trying to contact Allegro Microsystems to get this information.
