Full Feature hold notice, exposed copper at board edge.

A very high percentage of orders are placed on hold due to insufficient board edge to copper clearance.

We care about exposed copper at the board edge for a couple of reasons.
Copper can tear when it is routed, leaving strings that can short to adjacent layers.
Exposed copper can wick solder in a wave solder process, causing shorts at assembly.
Exposed copper at the board edge can make contact with your product chassis, causing ...

Full Feature hold notice, fabrication notes:

Q: What is the single most common reason for a Full Feature order to go on hold?

A: Fabrication drawing notes or instructions that conflict with order form selections or Sunstone Printed Circuits Manufacturing Capabilities.

Production notes commonly call for things that are not needed on a PCB prototype board. These items are typically related to more stringent standards, closer tolerances, production material requirements, or something as simple as soldermask color.

Probably the easiest way ...
