You will need the edit panel open to edit the Schematic Title Block. If it is not open select View Toolbars Edit Panel. Go to the bottom of the edit panel and select the Project tab.Look to the bottom section of the Edit Panel and you will see the Schematic Properties section. Go down to the Company Name Property and select the text in the value column and replace it with your company name. You can proceed down the table updating the required fields.

I saw that the title block is taken from the TitleBlocks.sym file. I made a new symbol with out standard block, how can I make it default? Thanks

At the moment I don't think you can make your modified titleblock file the default. I have tried to modify the file and replace the existing default but it is not recognized. I wll submit this to our development team as an enhancement for a future release.
