I am looking for a PCB
for a special application. The board is meant to be used in an extreme cryogenic environment and I need the copper lines of the thinnest possible cross-section to limit their heat conductivity.
How thick is the copper conductor layer you use in your board? Are there different thicknesses available? If so, what is the smallest thickness you can offer? Do you offer any other metals for the conductor layer besides copper?
What is the minimal width you can do for a full-sized board? There is some information about smaller lines than 0.005 in. I do not need complicated routing, just some parallel thin lines with relatively large spacing between them.
Thank you for your help,
