If you are using filled polygons you can include a polygon to short the two polygons together. The shorting polygon should not be assigned to a net.

If you have assigned the layer as a plane in the board configuration you can assign two nets to the layer and use a polyline to create the separation on the layer. This forum post explains splitting a plane.

How to split a plane.

Thanks for the replay. I tryied to shorten the 2 filled polygons (AGND and DGND) with a "shorting polygon" (not assigned to any net), but when I got the DRC violation " Intersecting copper regions have different nets between objects...". Is it possible to ignore a DRC or is it another way around it?

You can ignore the drc. I have an enhancement request in to our developer to allow users to disqualify specific drc warnings.

I'm soon finished with the board design, I would appreciate if you have a quick fix to solve this issue

What fix are you referring to? You can just ignore the error message.

OK, so it is possible to order PCB containing DRSs?

Yes, you can order the board with DRC warnings.
